TESTIMONIALS
"Wonderful to find a trainer that is so dedicated to her craft. Thomas has learned so much from her and she continues to teach and inspire us to reach our goals with him. We applaud her integrity and her determination to work her "magic" with the horses in her care. I wish we had found her two years ago. Thank you Kelly." J&D.D > Burford, ON
"You did a fabulous job with (our horse), thanks so much, I think it was really about the connection and that he needed to have the confidence to know that he was supported by his rider." D.D. > Fergus, ON
"Kelly is working with my yearling. Although it has only been a short while I am already seeing big improvements with him. I'm sure he will be an angel when Kelly is done with him! I am already so happy with how he is turning out." A.T > Kitchener, ON
"Highly, highly recommend this trainer! She is currently working with my mare, and the progress, in a short time, has been amazing ... I wish I had found her sooner." C.H. > Waterloo, ON
" We were a case of your typical beginner buyers. We went to look at a horse for sale, did everything by the book (except get a vet check) and thought we had found the perfect horse for us. We got him to the barn we board at, gave him a few days to settle in, brought him in to tack him up for a ride and wondered if this was the same horse we had purchased! We couldn't bridle him; he reared up in crossties at the sight of the saddle and forget about lunging him. We asked Kelly to work with us and can't believe the difference. He now allows anyone to bridle him, accepts the saddle without complaint, and lunges w/t/c. Kelly has turned our “wild man” into a horse that is a pleasure to work with. Thank you Kelly!!!!!! " I have a 2.5 yr old gelding who is turning into a real little gentleman thanks to the training received by Kelly Howling. She's not only trained him but also helped me on a one on one basis to ensure I use the proper techniques when working with him on my own. " L.M. > Cambridge, ON
"When we purchased a spirited 3 year old newly broke horse I knew we had our work cut out for us but I didn't quite know how much. When I met Kelly in our boarding facility just after an extremely frustrating session with my “free spirit” Kelly suggested we give her natural horsemanship program a try. After she explained her approach with horses and the underlying principle that you have to learn how the horse thinks - it made sense. For years I had paid for my daughter to learn to ride but never had she been taught horsemanship. We started Kelly's program in late December and after months of guidance, hard work and sheer determination on my daughter's part we have a totally different horse. She now has ground manners, she no longer bucks to be mean or retaliate – if anything she gives a little buck because she's having fun. Kelly's training has made all the difference in the world between having a difficult and potentially dangerous horse and having one that is truly happy and safe." L.T. & M.A. > Kitchener, ON
"I knew something wasn't right. This wasn't the horse I had bought. I mean she was performing great: winning green hunter champ, reserve in the low hunters, placing well in dressage, but she wasn't herself. This is when I turned to Kelly for help. I knew there was a communication barrier (with my horse); I just didn't know how to get to the other side. Well a half hour with Kelly changed all that. Kelly found out that the diet she was on was not right for her. Also, she discovered her one saddle didn't fit quite right, and even though it was only slightly off, it was enough to make my horse very unhappy. I took Kelly's advice and boy did it work. Even though it was only a few days after implementing Kelly's ideas I didn't know the horse I was riding anymore. It was a little unfamiliar (considering I had broke and trained her up to this point, I figured I knew her pretty well), but I was very happy that my horse was happy. I will continue to follow Kelly's advice, with both my horses, and will enjoy the rewards of having two very happy horses." > D.M. Cambridge, ON
