Does your horse have a sore back? Is your horse girthy or difficult to saddle? Would you like to know how to check for sore muscles, and learn what you can do to strengthen them without riding?
Does your horse track straight? Kelly can help balance your horse so that he can perform better.
Many performance and behavioural issues can be traced back to pain, sore/stiff muscles, and nutritonal deficiencies. Kelly can show you ground exercises to do before and after riding that will strengthen your horse's back so that he/she can perform better - in just a few minutes each day you can change the way your horse performs.
Kelly can help your horse through: acupressure, bio-energy analysis and balancing, nutritional balancing, gait balancing, myofascial release work, meridian massage, defense physiology, saddle fit evaluation and discussions on dentistry and hoof trimming.
Homeopathics, herbs, flower essences and essential oils may also be used in specific cases.
Acupressure programs can assist with such problems as:
- Arthritis, colic, cribbing, cold/cough, edema, founder, heaves, hock problems, weak immune system, back soreness, neck stiffness, nervousness/anxiety, shock, shoulder & stifle problems, tying up and poor vision.
Acupressure programs are also available for pre & post performance/competition.
Kelly has learned the majority of these techniques from Dr. Regan Golob, DC, and Kelley Mills, owner of Willow Creek Rehabilitation Center. She completed an intensive Bio-Energy Analysis class, during which she recieved her Certification in Equine Acupressure.
